A further recent case has been brought before the court to appeal against a speeding conviction based upon the westbound camera at Chideock. The case was not contested by the crown and thus the appeal has been successful. Members of the public who believe the original judgement is applicable to them have two routes, we believe, to take action. The first is to participate in any agreed refund process in due course. This will be put in place by the DSCP. The second is to commence their own appeal proceedings.
