E-Scooter Reporting

 

E-Scooters are classified as personal light electric vehicles, so they are treated as motor vehicles and subject to the same legal requirements. 

Police can seize any private E-Scooter if they are being used on a public road or footpath and the rider may be liable for prosecution for traffic offences.

Beryl E-Scooter Misuse

 

Beryl E-Scooters are available to hire across Bournemouth & Poole and can be legally used on the road as part of a UK government trial.

Beryl scooters are GPS tracked, to report the misuse of a Beryl scooter please note the scooter frame number (rear number plate) as well as time date and location of the incident.
